CONSULTATION AND SUPERVISION
In-house or external support provided for managers, teams and individuals working across the sector in early intervention, out of home care, child protection and child/adult trauma, for both Government and NGO services. Specialty consultation can also be provided for intensive child protection or trauma cases.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT COACHING
Without Question training course is available for managers, leaders, coaches and mentors who support other workers.
Management consultation and supervision for individuals or groups can also be provided for those working in early intervention, out of home care, child protection and child or adult trauma, in Government and NGO services.
TRAINING
Cara House has a number of training course available to be delivered by our skilled facilitators. Our packages are available for teams, organisations, carers or educators and can be tailored to meet your unique organisational needs.

STUDENT SITE VISITS
Students completing social work placements may meet with a Cara practitioner for a tour and a discussion about the type of work and frameworks used within Cara House. Please note that these visits are based on appointment only and are subject to Cara practitioner availability.
